Hello all my lovely Ladies and Gents!

Well it’s less than a month till I head off overseas. I will be out of the clinics from 26/11/16-11/1/17. I still have some vacancies so book soon so you don’t miss out. As spots do fill up fast I highly recommend rebooking your appointment at the end of each session to ensure you don’t miss out.

As I am still trying to promote my business could you kindly like and share my Facebook page.  I share positive quotes, updated information on products, reflexology information and promotions.  If you’re feeling extremely kind perhaps a testimonial on any treatments you have had with me.

Have an amazing month.

SALTLAMPS

SALTLAMPS are like having a softly glowing natural source of fresh, clean air. They are perfect for any room in the house (I have one in every room of my house and in both clinics). They help to remove dust, pollen and contaminants from the air, assist with allergies, Asthma symptoms and coughing. They also increase energy levels and promote quality sleep, improve mood and concentration.

How do they do this? Positive ions found in the air mainly from electronics are absorbed by the lamp and negative ions are released.

The lamps attract water molecules from the environment and absorb them as well as many foreign particles they may be carrying into the lamp. The water then evaporates and the particles remained locked in the salt. This improves the air quality.

I now have various sizes available for purchase either for you or as a great gift idea! You can’t be without one.

Feature Product

Lavender Peace is a blend composed of lavender, sweet marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Ylang Ylang, Sandalwood and Vanilla Bean to create a subtle aroma. Apply to the skin at bedtime or add to a warm bath? It creates the perfect escape with its peaceful fragrance, encouraging a restful sleep. I apply this one every evening on my temples or wrists to help me wind down and relax in preparation for an amazing night’s sleep. This product is available to purchase in clinic or go to mydoterra.com/katrinapoole and have it shipped directly to your door.

If you are interested in other oils I am available to introduce you to these awesome, natural, certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils.  You can phone or text me to arrange a time.

Tip!

A fabulous book I’ve just read is Simple Steps to Foot Pain Relief by Katy Bowman ($25) you’ll read all sorts of interesting information from footwear to posture. It also has some simples exercises to improve foot health eg practice keeping your feet straight:

Line up the outside of your foot with a straight edge or line, don’t worry if some parts of you foot are over the line. Your toes may then point inward, don’t worry if this feels odd – you will get used to it with practice.

Christmas Break

Don’t forget I will be taking an extended break from 25th November until 11th January.  Please book now so I can see you before I go away.

Stress

Stress is a normal reaction to life’s ups and downs. It is such a common condition these days but it is our response to it that needs managing.  Stress and illness create blockages which restrict flow of energy. These blockages manifest in the feet.  Reflexology promotes balance in physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels of the body by stimulating the congested reflexes and restoring the flow of energy.

Treatments can reduce stress, balance the nervous system, improve sleep quality, improve circulation, detoxify the body and assist the bodies natural healing process.

If you or anyone you know suffers from stress or anxiety I recommend trying a reflexology session.
